When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

We usually ship within 2-3 days! And shipping usually takes 5-8 days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom items?

Since each bear plush toy is custom made just for you, returns and exchanges aren’t available. If there’s any quality issue, we’ll gladly [[ re/fund or resend ]] — no need to return the item.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production within 48 hours and can’t be changed afterward. Please carefully-check your details before submitting. If there's an issue right after ordering, reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help!
What if my bear is damaged or not what I ordered (wrong size, color, or customization)?

Just email or message us with your order number, details, and a photo of the problem. If your bear plush is damaged or the wrong color/customization because of our error, we’ll gladly refund or replace it.
